Training content

Calisthenics

The focus of the FitShark training concept centres around Calisthenics, a creative form of bodyweight training. Optimal training results are achieved with minimal equipment, often only your own bodyweight. Building up strength and having fun when training are the main priorities of the training.

Mobility

In addition, mobility plays an important role in the FitShark training concept because it forms the prerequisite for optimal strength development and minimises the danger of injuries. To that end, a big repertoire of techniques is available to you, for example trigger point massages, fascia rollers and dynamic mobility drills.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

According to your goals and preferences exercises with additional weights and other equipment like barbells and kettle bells can be included.
